Face to Face began in 1996 in a single treatment room above a hair salon in Workington. Over the following 12 months, after a lot of determination and success, Face to Face expanded. An old three story town house was bought and developed into the current premises on Vulcans Lane. With continued success, the business developed from three treatment rooms on the first floor to eight treatments rooms on three floors, The top two floors are dedicated to our relaxation and luxury treatments.
Like every other woman I lead a full and hectic lifestyle, and I truly believe that it is important for the mind and body to take time out and relax. This passion is reflected in the design of the spa, and in our commitment to introducing new treatments. My main goal is to have a relaxing atmosphere for every client as soon as they walk through the door.
We tailor treatments to every person, making sure that you leave the beauty spa feeling relaxed, having received the best care and attention possible. Many of my ideas have been heavily influenced by my traveling experiences. I have spent a lot of time in Asia and taken true inspiration from countries such as Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Bali, Vietnam and Europe. These exotic locations are reflected in my treatments.
To compliment my holistic approach I have studied many alternative therapies as well as NLP and mindfulness. I feel the combination of all my learning experiences add to a unique approach to my treatments and your experience at Face to Face.
I am proud to say that my strong team of therapists reflect the ethics and reputation of the Spa. Each member of my team is personally trained by myself. We are always striving to improve, introducing new treatments and staying on top of trends. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Spa!
